Westwood comes back in a big way to defeat Tri-Center 44-9
Things looked bleak early on for the Rebels as they fumbled on their first offensive play of the night. Tri-Center was able to convert a 25yd field goal to take an early 3-0 lead. Westwood followed that with a punt leading to another Tri-Center score, this time an 18yd pass to take a 9 nothing lead. However, it was all Rebels from there, storming back to take a 44-9 victory of the Trojans. Big plays led the way as Jakob Shattuck scored on runs of 23yds and 60yds. Hunter East scored on two short touchdown runs and connected with Tanner DeVries for an 86yd touchdown pass. DeVries was also able to score on a 17yd dash to the endzone.
